Remove extra over lap stitches for professional digitizing

Want to remove the extra stitches behind the embroidery object, then here is the tutorial to remove the over laps stitches using 'Over laps' functions of Wilcom Embroidery Digitizing software.

Many a times it happens that while digitizing the embroidery designs there are the some embroidery object that will over laps the another embroidery objects.In this case, some stitches of previous objects will hide behind the front object and it would be resource waste if we stitches that part of the designs which is not disclosed on the fabrics.As a professional digitizer you must know how to remove that extra stitches.It will not only save the money but as well the designs will look professional and good quality.

In this tutorial we will show you step by step to remove the extra unwanted stitches while digitizing the designs.For making you understand the function we have selected a very simple designs that can show you the how to remove the stitches behind the objects.

1) To Digitized the Block in Block designs, we will first digitize a simple block designs using our input tools. You can simply digitzie the square box with out worrying about the position of the block.Then drag the different block over the another block and you will find that the designs will look like the image below:

>> In above image, if you look carefully then you will noticed some stitches are getting behind the another objects. Thus in this case it would be better to remove this stitches.So ,Now question is how to remove this stitches???

2) To remove the stitches you can use the over laps function of the Wilcom digitizing software. Select the 'Front Designs' (Please note that to remove the extra stitches behind the object, you will have to select the front objects rather the behind object) and then select the 'Overlaps' tools from the Arrange menu that is  Arrange>> Over Laps

3) Once you click on the over laps options a dialogue box will open with a options to provide the size with in which you want to remove the over laps stitches.Fill the size of the designs and then click OK.

This will remove the stitches behind the embroidery objects with in Specified area.

Yes, it will removed the extra stitches and will reduce the stitches count.This options will help you for professional digitizing and will save your money form extra stitches.
