Hs anyone ever had a design too large for hoop but did not wNt it smaller, and used Embird to split the design and have to rehoop to be able to embroider it,,
any help would be greatly appreciated,,,,,
Yes, Three of our members had split our large designs and use it effectively with out any problem.
but if you are talking about embird particularly then sorry we don't have any idea about embird.
Actually we provide the designs in EMB format and one can easily split and re size the EMB format to great extent.
So, you can use our EMB format to split the designs.Remember EMB format is supported by Wilcom only.
Good News is that you can re size EMB designs to 50 to 60 %. (test stitches is prefered before using resized designs)

You want to. Digitize a design or want to split the large designs.
Vectorization is used for making vector images, which is further used for embroidery didigtizing.
Let put it simple:
We used to digitize the designs from clipart or image.
This image and clipart must be of high qaulity, which will help you to digitize properly.
So if the quality og image is not proper then u can vectorize thr image for quality.
Thus by vectorization of image u can see the image in larger view without blur image.
This will help you to digitize the design easily.
