Title: Poha (Rice Flakes)- Indian Break fast dish

Ingredients:
Poha (rice flakes) – 2  or 3 cups
Oil – 2 tea spoon
Whole Dry Red Chili – 1
Cutted Potato, Tomato & Onion – approx 100 or 150 gm
Salt, Asofoetida, tumeric, Lemon Juice, Green Chili, Peanuts, and Sugar – As per Taste
Coriander Leaves– chopped one ( FOR GRANISHING)


How to Cook

Additional:
To make it more tasty, you can add case-nuts,lemon juice, Frutis Chaat Masala and Beet over it . Of course, you can even add cheese over the Poha ( rice flakes) to make more tasty and cheesy...... Yummy......... :-*
